The Living, Kitchen & Dining Area
The whole living area has a solid wood floor, exposed beams and a state of the art wood burner to provide a cosy feeling on those cold winter days.
The living area is dominated by 2 large arched windows/door to the front of the property showing the magnificent views of the countryside.
There is seating for 4 guests on comfortable sofas, ideal to sit back and relax in front of the TV whilst watching a DVD or listening to music on the CD player provided, with the large log burning fire providing the cosy warmth to the cottage living area.
The kitchen units are a modern yet classic style, with ample cupboard space, there is also has a gas hob and electric cooker, integrated dishwasher, integrated washing machine, microwave and a fridge freezer. All the china and utensils you need are also included. A large dining room table and 4 chairs finishes off the dining area ideal for those family meals or a candlelit supper for two.
The Bedrooms & Bathrooms
There are two bedrooms both furnished to the highest standard. A travel cot is available upon request (please provide your own cot bedding as not supplied).
The Master Bedroom has a kingsize bed, exposed beams to the ceiling as well as an arched window giving a light and airy feel to the room with its own en-suite bathroom with corner shower, heated towel rail, sink, toilet, and with luxurious tiles.
The second bedroom has a zip & link bed which can be made into a super kingsize bed or x2 6ft singles. ( Please advise when booking which you would like made up).
The main bathroom in the property has a bath, overhead shower, toilet and sink, an electric towel rail and is part tiled.
Outside
There is ample parking outside the cottage for two cars. A patio table and BBQ ideal for those summery nights and enjoying the views across the countryside.
Please note we do not have an electric charging point for cars at the any of our cottages and we are unable to offer any electric charging facilities for vehicle’s.
The nearest charging point is located in Alnwick.
Order your shopping to be delivered to the door, both Tesco and Asda can deliver to the Cottage.
Booking information
Please note there is a £100 bond added to the balance due payment, this can be included in the final balance amount or a separate cheque of £100, this will be returned after departure subject to T&C’s.
Once we have received your booking, we will contact you directly to finalise arrangements for your holiday. The balance of your holiday price will be payable no less than six weeks before your arrival date. Please see our terms & conditions for details.
